I called this list 9 Essential Cookbooks for the Plant-Based Athlete, and heres what I mean by that.
The recipes are unique and interesting, and in general, the ingredients Rich uses are fresh, often raw, superfoods that he combines in simple smoothies, salads, sauces, meals and desserts and somehow they turn out to be delicious.
And for the most part, these meals are cheap, even when youre paying for the prepared ingredients.
